RETURN POLICY
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving yours. Our store does not accept returns or exchanges; once an item is received, it cannot be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:
- Packages that are lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
NOTE:
LANTANA is not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.
- Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid mail losses or other setbacks.
- International customer must provide phone number.

RETURN PACKAGES TO THE SENDER
LANTANA is not responsible for packages that are returned to the sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter correct addresses, otherwise the package will not be delivered. Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repackage, relabel, and reship it; however, please understand that doing so requires an additional cost. The processing and shipping cost is usually half of the order total, so please be careful with the information you provide. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, you must contact us immediately to correct the error.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER(S)?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you want to cancel your order. We do not accept order cancellation outside of the 24 hour period and/or due to standard shipping reason.
Please note that our standard shipping is posted on each product description, so all customers should be aware of this before placing an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects in the customer's bank account. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Please email us stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order for a replacement or refund.
NOTE:
Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before issuing a replacement.
LANTANA reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
