SHIPPING TIME UPDATE



PROCESSING AND TRACKING TIME:

The processing time for all products is 1-3 days. We will send you another email with tracking information when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. So please be patient and keep an eye on your inbox.



SHIPPING PACKAGING:

For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. This means that you may not receive all of your products in the first or same package.



REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICIES:

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our store does not accept returns or exchanges; once an item is received, it cannot be returned.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:
- Items are defective - damaged, broken or dirty upon arrival.
- Packages that are lost in transit.
- We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).



NOTE:

LANTANA is not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid mail losses or other mishaps.



CANCELLATIONS:

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund as we have started the shipping process. Please make sure to read our descriptions and processing times carefully.

FAQ:

I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY?

Because we have multiple warehouses, we don't have all of our products in one place. When you place an order with multiple items at once, each item will be shipped separately. You'll likely receive one item before the next. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once... they'll get to you!


I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Please make sure your email is correct when placing an order. Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.


THERE ARE NO SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE FOR MY CART OR MY DESTINATION

Some FREE products are LIMITED to 1 order per customer. If you receive this message, please check your order cart. If you would like to order more than 1 FREE product, you may need to place another order.
